The session, held on Sunday and Monday, September 28\u201329, 2025, in the Human Development Hall, comes as part of the faculty\u2019s field training plan for the 2024\/2025 academic year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">The opening was attended by a distinguished group of the faculty\u2019s leaders, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Dr. Mohamed Sayed Dandrawi,<\/span> Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Dr. Abdel Moneim El-Gilani,<\/span> Dean of the Institute of African and Nile Basin Research and Studies,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Dr. Rasha Abdel Tawab,<\/span> Head of the Field Training Office and Director of the Center,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Dr. Abdullah Saber,<\/span> Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">alongside heads of academic departments, faculty members, and teaching assistants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">The session addressed several key themes, most notably the organizational regulations governing the work of the Field Training Office, effective methods of interaction between students and faculty members, and mechanisms for supervising the horizontal development of field training in light of emerging AI technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">Dr. Louai Saadeddin Nasrat emphasized that the session aims to embed the principle of a renewable career culture within the field of social work and to prepare students to meet the evolving needs of the labor market, in line with the technological and cognitive transformations of the AI era.
