A recent social status document.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. A comprehensive income or pension statement of the head of the household (father or mother).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. A copy of the national ID card of the head of the household (father or mother).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. A copy of the national ID card of adult siblings and a copy of the birth certificate of minors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. A death certificate (if one of the parents is deceased).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.
