{"id":13169,"date":"2026-06-14T10:54:32","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T10:54:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sworks.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=13169"},"modified":"2026-06-15T07:55:50","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T07:55:50","slug":"college-council-meeting-9","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/sworks.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/news\/college-council-meeting-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Meeting of the Faculty&#8217;s Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under the Auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Faculty Council held its June meeting on Sunday, June 14, 2026.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, and attended by:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sayed Abbas \u2013 Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Abdallah Saber Abdel Hamid \u2013 Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Hanaa Aref Ahmed \u2013 Head of the Community Service Department<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim Sultan Ahmed El-Gilani \u2013 Professor, Social Work Fields Department<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Hamada Ragab Muslim \u2013 Head of the Social Planning Department<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Razek Amin \u2013 Head of the Community Organization Department<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Samir Mohamed Abdel Rahman \u2013 Head of the Individual Service Department<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Asmaa Sayed Hassan \u2013 Professor of Social Planning<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ehab Mohamed Ahmed \u2013 Associate Professor, Social Work Fields Department<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dr. Ahmed Youssef Sayed \u2013 Lecturer, Community Organization Department<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The meeting commenced with the Dean expressing his sincere appreciation to the faculty members and teaching assistants for their dedicated efforts during the second-semester undergraduate examinations. He emphasized the importance of expediting the grading process to ensure the timely completion and announcement of examination results, in accordance with the directives of His Excellency the President of Aswan University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Council reviewed the progress of postgraduate examinations and stressed the need for prompt grading immediately following the completion of each examination. Members also reviewed reports submitted by the academic departments on their community service activities, as well as reports concerning quality assurance standards and the progress achieved in fulfilling them.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition, supervisory committees were approved for a number of Master&#8217;s and Ph.D. researchers, and several Master&#8217;s and doctoral research proposals were registered.
