empowerment, and caring for people with special needs and the first categories of care and conducting research and scientific studies that contribute to solving the problems facing the local community.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" 12pt;\">-Teaching the department&#8217;s special courses in light of the course description and the continuous review of this description in light of scientific and practical developments at the local, national and international levels. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">-Setting the department&#8217;s research plan and defining the fields of study and research in the specializations of social work fields.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">-Contributing to developing the training programs field in various areas of social service, which contributes to developing the faculty&#8217;s practical training program in coordination with other departments.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">-Contributing to serving the community to implement training courses and workshops for all sectors of the local community, its base groups, and its governmental, civil, and voluntary organizations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">-Conducting and implementing field research in the social work field, which seeks to develop the theoretical structure of the method and the profession in general.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Cairo; color: #333333; font-size:
