Announcing receiving the applications (internal-external) (1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0and 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0terms)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">\u2013Start of receiving the application whether in the first term or the second term.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">\u2013 After receiving all the applications, the fund head forms a committee of an academic member, social worker, and the student\u2019s union secretary to examine the applications.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">\u2013 After examining the applications, the monetary subsidiary amount is determined for each applicant according to the committee
