Workshop Entitled Empowering Egyptian Women in Light of the New Republic
Under the generous patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, the Casework Department continued its series of community events. On Sunday, November 30, 2025, the department organized a workshop entitled “Rejecting Violence and How to Deal with Individual Problems” for students of the Al-Azhar Institute in Al-Jazira.
The workshop was delivered by a distinguished group of faculty members and teaching assistants from the department, including:
1. Dr. Asmaa Ahmed Abdel Wahab, Lecturer of Individual Service
2. Dr. Souad Sultan Abdel Mawgoud, Lecturer of Individual Service
3. Ms. Samah Abdo Mohamed, Teaching Assistant in the department
The department extends its sincere appreciation to the Al-Azhar Institute in Al-Jazira for generously hosting the workshop, represented by Ms. Hoda Mohamed, the Institute Director, along with the institute’s staff, including teachers, social workers, and psychologists.
The workshop concluded with remarkable interaction and positive engagement from the students. The Casework Department continues its efforts to contribute effectively to serving all segments of society.
