Preparatory Meeting for the 1st Semester Exams
Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, the Faculty of Social Work held a preparatory meeting for the first-semester examinations over two days, Monday and Tuesday.
The meeting was attended by the Dean, the Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, heads of academic departments, faculty members, and teaching assistants.
The meeting was organized in preparation for the commencement of the first-semester examinations and aimed at establishing clear guidelines to ensure their smooth, organized, and successful conduct.
During the meeting, the Dean discussed mechanisms for ensuring the success of the examinations, effective ways of dealing with students, and methods for overcoming any potential difficulties or challenges that may arise. He also outlined a set of instructions and regulations designed to facilitate the examination process.
The Dean listened to the opinions and observations of academic staff and teaching assistants regarding the conduct of examinations in previous years, emphasizing the importance of benefiting from past experiences.
The meeting was marked by a spirit of enthusiasm and optimism, as well as a strong commitment from all participants to actively contribute to conducting the examinations with the highest levels of transparency and integrity, free from any obstacles or problems.
