This seminar was generously hosted by the Al-Azhar Institute in Al-Jazira, represented by Ms. Hoda Mohamed (Director of the Institute) and the rest of the institute’s staff, including teachers, social workers, and psychologists. The seminar explained that to transform our lives during Ramadan, we must set goals such as reading the Quran, praying at the mosque, or giving charity. We should also plan for Ramadan and determine how we will use our time. We must work diligently to achieve our goals and be sincere in our efforts. Furthermore, we should evaluate our performance during Ramadan and determine whether we have achieved our objectives.
The seminar also addressed how to benefit from fasting, explaining that it helps us purify ourselves from sins and transgressions. Fasting strengthens our willpower and improves our patience. It also enhances our physical and mental health and increases our spirituality and closeness to God Almighty.
The seminar further explained how to continue transforming our lives after Ramadan by working towards our goals. We must develop ourselves and improve our skills, help and support others, and be grateful to God for His blessings and favors.
In conclusion, the seminar emphasized that Ramadan is a great opportunity to change and improve our lives. Therefore, we should take advantage of Ramadan, work towards achieving our goals, and ask God to guide us to what is good and righteous.
