The Public Service Center for Training and Human Development is a special-purpose unit operating within the Faculty of Social Work at Aswan University. It enjoys technical, financial, and administrative independence, and its establishment was approved by the University Council in Session No. (172) on 30/05/2011 under the name “Public Service Center for Training and Human Development.”

This approval was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (307) of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 49 of 1972.
