The Training Office distributes students on various groups and a number of the faculty’s supervisors train them, students’ attendance is observed through monthly reports that hand it over to the supervisors to observe students attendance and absence.

The visits of the first semester differ from the visits of the second semester as follows:
The visits of the first-semester:

o Nursing Home.

Missions of Training Competent:
1-The competent of training students distribute them after receiving the student list of each batch from the Student Affairs Office and distributed to a number of supervisors and every supervisor has a plan works for carrying out the visit, while the training visits of students batch starts from Nov. to Dec. and finished to complete the 1stsemester exams then students return back to complete the civil visits plan.
After beginning training students through 2 months of training, students who failed to attend the civil training will be given a first warning, second warning, then denial of entry to the exam because his contemporary dropping out attending training, and sending them to their address.


2- The training specialist makes a grade sheet for the students’ batch and hands it over to supervisors to set the grades for the final assessment of students.


The office forms exam committees to assess students in 4 batches as follows:
*Chairman of the Committee.
*The Supervisor of the Committee.
*2 of Academic staff.
* An administrative employee.
*A worker.

Field Training Office Achievements 2020-2021 (second-batch):
Number of Supervisors: 10
Number of Students: 552 students (380 regular-172 affiliations).
Students ( Z-B) on 10 groups and every supervisor in the group has a training plan that works according to it, the 3rd batch plan summarizes in training students on different skills by different means have been carried out at the halls. A training plan of the 1st semester differs from the 2nd semester where in the 2nd-semester students train on skills of registration-notice-communication in the social work by the preparation-carrying out-evaluating skills then the public meeting for every stage from the three stages 0.


The second semester begins where the supervisors train students on other skills that differ from the skills of the first semester such as f conducting social research skills – evaluating skills in social work- social administration skills and the skills also end with a general meeting for each stage. The training plan ends with assessing students individually through a committee of testing students. The competent of the training makes grades statement for the students’ batch and receive it to the supervisors to put grades of the final assessment.
After training students through 2 months from training, alerts are made to suspend students who failed to attend the field training first alert, the second alert, then denial from entry the exam because of his permanent interruption from attending training; sending it to his address.

The transcript is made for students’ batch through the training specialist and handed it over to the supervisors of the batch and directed to the schools of the training and put grades of students by the specialist who trained students whether in an institution or a school in which they trained.
