The visits of the first semester differ from the visits of the second semester and are as follows:-

The training specialist distributes the students after receiving the student lists of the band from the Student Affairs Office. They are distributed to a number of supervisors. Each supervisor has a plan to work on to implement the visit. Training visits for the band’s students start from the month (October: December) and end to complete the first semester exams and then thereafter Students return to the beginning of the second semester to complete a plan for field visits.
* After starting the training of students within two months of training, students who failed to attend field training will be given the first alert, the second alert, and then they are denied entry to the exam due to their permanent interruption from attending the training. and send it to their residence address.
* The training specialist makes a grade sheet for the band’s students and hand it over to supervisors to set the grades for the student’s final evaluation
* The office forms examining committees to evaluate students in the four teams, and its composition is as follows:

The students (Z-B) are distributed into (6) groups, and each supervisor in the group has a training plan that he works with. The plan of the third group is to train students in different skills by different means that are implemented inside the halls.
A training plan that varies from the first semester to the second semester: In the first semester, students are trained on the skills of recording – observation – communication in social work by preparing – implementing – evaluating skills and then by meeting in general for each of the three stages.
The second semester begins, and the supervisors train the students on other skills different from the 1st one, such as the skill of social research – the assessment skill in social work – the skill of social management. Skills also end with a general meeting for each stage, the training plan ends with students evaluating each supervisor separately through a committee to test students. The training specialist makes a grade sheet for the batches’ students and hand it over to supervisors to set the grades for the student’s final evaluation.
