When using these concepts and terms the organization confirms the clear meanings in front of each of them, the organization has informed these concepts & terms came with different meanings in other references or pieces of evidence, and the organization confirmed these simplified concepts significantly to glorification its usage inappropriate with the target group from this evidence.
1- Quality Assurance: the related operation of confirming the academic and organizational standards that are compatible with the mission of the educational organization that has been determined defined and implemented to be compatible with the corresponding standards for it whether on the national level or global level.
2- Accreditation standards: standards are the minimum requested that have to be available for the organizations, and have been considered as facing for the performances and practices; the approval has been implemented according to the fulfillment of the organization for it; the organization has always to be sure from providing these standards that are included 8 standards that are related to the ability of the organization, and another 8 standards are related to the effective education for it ( check the guide approval on the site of the authority).
3-Audit Visits: These are conducted by a formed team from the National Organization (known as the interior checking team) to evaluate how the educational organization improves the team of quality and accreditation.
4- Educational Institution : (this pointed to it in the institution): is the faculty or the high institute that is related to it to get the scientific degree (bachelor or bachelor of arts) or higher degree (diploma /master /doctoral ).
5- Mission of the Faculty / Institution: this is the side that expresses the faculty /the institution and its labor field and is considered the basic guidance for all activities and shows its identity and the goal of the faculty or the institution that seeks to implement it.
6- Quality Assurance Unit: this is the unit responsible for the management of the quality inside the institution and provides for it all documentation and evidence that is related to the quality management inside the institution.
7- University Professor: it’s meant in this context is one of the academic staff (Professor –Associate Professor-Lecturer) or member of the assistant’s body (assistant lecture –teaching assistant).
8- Academic guide: presents academic guidance services by following the performance of the student and helping him in choosing the course or changing it each semester the most important characteristics that have to be available in the academic instructor are :
Justice, warm in treatment, impact, understanding of the guidance role, considerate of the student’s feelings, interest in improving their studying performance, the ability to solve their problems, deal with all their different studying levels, accept the guide subjects’ leniency, encourage students to take decisions by their selves, understand their problems and needs, have the ability to develop their abilities, he should be in his office when students need him.

All members of the society of the foundation and local or field community that is related to the foundation.

Who have difficulties in learning and who are don’t achieve the target educational results and at risk of failure.
12-The outsider and interior reviewers:
The outsider reviewers are the formed team by the authority to make the outsider review; the insider reviewers are any teamwork formed by the faculty/ institution or the university to check about the fulfillment of the quality standards in the foundation, the local society, all individuals, foundations and destinations that have a such interest or benefit like as professional union that is related to the programs of the foundation, the individuals and foundations of the community that deals with the foundation as consumers to service them, or provides training places, or form a local community for the foundation geography ….etc.
12-Social participation:
Active integration between society and foundation through mutual contribution in continued efforts for improving the education and enhance its efforts and solve social problems, presenting services for individuals and foundations which benefits the society and the educational foundation.
13-Academic guidance :
Define the students with the academic programs, systems, and laws inside the faculty/ institution to find out their tendencies and abilities and provides the opportunity for them to benefit from the experiences of academic staff to help them in solving their problems by the appropriate scientific for each case also aims to help the student to discover himself and take his decisions by himself, especially how to overcome on the difficulties that obstacle his studying path.
14-Strategic Planning :
Determine the vision and mission of the foundation and its purposes and strategic goals that have been implemented a long time ago (5 years or more) and also the necessary means to reach that.
15-Strategic plan:
Represents the result of the strategic planning and has to be written and approved and determined the vision, mission, purposes, strategic goals, and the available and future means to implement that and reflect both strategy of the university and academic.
16-Executive plan for the strategy of the foundation:
Includes different activities and the requested tasks that have been implemented in order to achieve the purposes of the foundation and its strategic goals with accurate determining for responsibilities, timetable, the following pointers, the evaluation, and the levels of achievement.
17- Corrective and Preventive Criteria:
A set of procedures that have been decided by the foundation to fulfill the standards that aren’t considered satisfied or enhance some of the criteria are already met to maintain its fulfillment, and this is put by organized criteria to determine the tasks, distributing roles, and the determining role for implementation, and that is known as the improvement plan.
Development: These planned efforts that have been implemented by the individuals of the society of the foundation to update its performance level.
18-Update plans:
Determine the requested tasks for the update operation, the responsibilities of implementation, time frame, follow-up mechanism, and alternative criteria if the implementation has been an obstacle.
19-Appropriate mechanism:
A way is announced and adopted by the faculty/institute that is appropriate with its nature and the nature of the students in it such as a complaints box –requests for demand or grievance –sending an email.
Questionnaire (the questionnaire) :
Lawful tools to inform the opinion or gather data on subject / specific topics and it is prepared according to scientific terms and its results have been analyzed statistically to know the opinions.
20-Feedback:
Benefiting from the results of the evaluation process and correcting the path towards the demanded target.
21-Academic programs :
Have been implemented in the foundations for getting scientific degrees (bachelor –license –master –doctoral…etc.) and includes curriculum, courses, and activities that acquire student information, skills, and the necessary principles to achieve to planned educational goals; also in specific study allocation.
22–File of the program/ curriculum :
The file includes a depiction of the course and its reports on the previous years, the activities of studying and evaluation, the comments of the students, the opinions of the experts, the procedures that have been taken to improve it and the current procedures, and all related to the course to include better performance in order to benefit from the experiences of the previous years in improving the performance and including updating regardless of who is responsible for the decision.
23-Characterization of the program/ the course:
Includes specific standards of the academy, targets, goals, the target educational results, and strategic of studying and evaluation and determined the studying courses and distributes its hours and all that is related to the conference to success its implementation.
24-Cooperated learning:
It is a method of learning centered on the students while working among heterogeneous groups (including different informed and skillful levels) to achieve joint educational goals ranging in number of individuals for each group from 4-6 individuals; the most important postulates of the cooperated learning it doesn’t allow to the students to be negative recipients and motivates students on effective participation in the learning to activate with their colleague and explain to them what they have learned and listen to their perspectives and encourage each other and supports them.
25-Self-learning:
The ability of the student the continuation developing his /her abilities and cognitive, mental, and professional skills by himself/herself, and this is in contrast to the typical methods of learning.
26-Field training:
Training in the labor field that is prepared for the submission in it such as training in the factories, hospitals, schools …..etc.
27-Targeted learning outcomes :
Learners have to acquire information, skills, dimensions, and principles and reflect the academic criteria that are available for measurement, and also obviously linked with the various methods to evaluate students.
28-Library hours:
Specific hours where academic staff are existence in their offices to receive students and discuss any educational problems that are related to them and work on guiding them.
Guide of students, evaluation guide of the faculty or institute by preparing and distributing it on the students, that includes important information about the faculty –institute and available programs and mechanisms of submission in it and the educational, social, healthy, psychological and cultural services….etc.that the faculty/institute presents it and how to benefit from it.
29-Evaluate students:
A set of methods in which the exams are decided by the foundation to measure the extent of achievement and implementation of the targeted learning results ( abilities, cognitive, mental, and professional skills of students) from educational programs or specific studying courses.
