Quality is a term that expresses the status of something, whether it is a product, service, enterprise, study program, training, or work performance. A good product is one that achieves and exceeds the expectations of the consumer. It also means the ability of the product to meet the requirements of its function during the design and the degree to which the requirements expected by the beneficiary are met or agreed upon. In university education, the product is the graduate student who must meet the expectations of the consumer by ensuring the quality of courses, teaching methods, and evaluation. To better understand what quality is, we will present some important definitions in this field.

Set of characteristics and features that must be available in the product or service so that it performs its function to the fullest and satisfies the consumer.
Quality Control:
is the techniques and practical activities that are used to make a permanent examination of all components of activity.
Quality Assurance:
is an activity and means to ensure the requirements and standards that are required by the institution in order to achieve the objectives of the institution to reach the labor market’s outputs and the needs of the community.
Quality Improvement:
The procedures and operational activities are taken by the institution to increase the effectiveness of the activities and processes within them to benefit both the institution and the consumer.
World Standard System:
world unification standard system by ISO institution that has issued standards for all work, activities, products, etc., which became the most common international standards in use, and any institution that wants to obtain a certificate has to follow the international standards that have been issued by ISO Foundation.
Comprehensive Quality Management:
It is a philosophical thought aimed at developing the activity of the institution using analytical, statistically developed, and varied methods to get the best results and involve all components of the system and management to achieve the required quality.
Match and Quote:
Measure the performance of the organization in a particular field compared to another body known for its excellence in the same field, and the body can determine its achievement level and also work to improve its performance.
