A workshop entitled “Leadership with the Heart of a Leader”
Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, a workshop was held on Monday, December 1, 2025, in cooperation between the Community Organization Department and the Field Training Unit, represented by fourth-year field training students from the Khotwa Foundation for Development.
The workshop was supervised by Dr. Aya Lotfy Abdel-Razek, Assistant Lecturer in the Community Organization Department.
The event witnessed strong attendance from students across various academic years. It was organized and managed by the fourth-year field training students from the Khotwa Foundation for Development.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Ayman Adly Qadri, Lecturer in Community Organization, with the participation of academic staff members and teaching assistants from the department.
The workshop aimed to enhance students’ entrepreneurial and leadership skills, equipping them with the qualities needed to develop their abilities and contribute effectively to community development.
This workshop comes as part of the fruitful cooperation between the Faculty—represented by the Community Organization Department—and community organizations, to cultivate a generation capable of creativity, innovation, and leadership. The Dean of the Faculty attended the workshop and praised the efforts of community institutions in supporting students’ entrepreneurial skills through continuous collaboration in various activities.
The workshop also included practical activities and training sessions designed to further strengthen students’ leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities.
