The Casework Department Workshop Entitled” Reducing the Severity of Violence Among Primary School Students”
Under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Mohamed Gaber Abbas-Dean of the Faculty, under the supervision of H.E. Prof. Samir Muhammad Abdul Rahman(Professor of casework and head of the department) organized a training workshop entitled ” Reducing the Severity of Violence Among Primary School Students” on Sunday corresponding to 16/11/2025 for primary students.
The supervision committee was formed by:
1. Prof. Dr. Samir Mohamed Abdelrahman Hassan – Professor of Social Work and Head of Department.
2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samira Sayeh Saeed – Assistant Lecturer in the Social Work Department.
3. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asmaa Abdelrasoul Abdelgalil – Assistant Lecturer in the Social Work Department.
The workshop has the honor by the attendance of students’ parents, the workshop included several activities such as (words-videos-games-do exercises) to reduce severity of violence. The workshop was featured by an atmosphere of interaction and active participation among lecturers, students and parents.
