Activities of the 1st Day from the 3rd Scientific Forum of the Community Organization Department
Under the auspices of Prof. Loay Saad El Din Nusrat – Vice President of the University and Supervisor of the Faculty, Prof. Mohamed Jaber Abbas – Professor of Community Organization and Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Mohamed Abdel Razek Amin – Assistant Professor of Community Organizing and Head of the Department of Organizing Community. The first day of the third scientific forum of the Community Organizing Department was held under the title “Experiences in Community Development and Organization”, through the “Microsoft Teams” application.
The forum was officially opened by Dr. Ayman Adly, who introduced the forum rapporteur, Prof. Muhammad Jaber Abbas, and the forum secretary, Prof.Muhammad Abdel Razek Amin, Prof. Louay Saad al-Din Nusrat honored the forum with a speech on the importance of the forum and the scientific topics it covers, followed by a video of the Community Organization Department’s past achievements, including a presentation of the first and second scientific forums of the Community Organization Department.
Members of the Community Organization Department presented a variety of scientific issues, as indicated in the following:
1-The societal benefit of professional intervention research in community organizations presented by Prof. Mohamed Jaber Abbas.
2-The requirements of electronic networking among civil organizations presented by Prof. Ahmed Mamdouh Qassem.
3-African Arabic Foundation for Research and Sustainable Development and its experience in social development which was presented by Ms. Asma Ismail Muharram – responsible for the Arab African Foundation.
4-Efforts of social organizations about achieving social development, by Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Attia.
5-Requirements of organizational development and its professional strategies in governmental and non-governmental sectors, by Prof. Hala Abdel-Azim Madani.
6-A forward-looking vision to integrate entrepreneurship courses in faculties of Aswan University in order to achieve the quality of graduates based on the labor market’s needs, by Dr. Abdel Hamid Mohamed Mahmoud Bakry.
7-Issues of climate change, and women’s leaders according to the perspective of community organization, by Dr. Ayman Adly Qadri
