Aswan University Organizes 2nd Scientific Forum For the Casework Department
On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Casework Department at the Faculty of Social Work organized a ”An Annual Scientific Forum entitled
“Therapeutic Interventions in Social Work for Individuals and Families,”
In the attendance of the University President, Vice-Presidents, and many academic staff and assistant body (assistant lecturers – teaching assistants), the scientific forum focused on the importance of the role of the casework department in dealing with different segments of society through professional interventions with its therapeutic approaches and models.
The forum also recommended educating students and researchers about the modern therapeutic approaches and models in the casework department in dealing with the problems of individuals and families and using appropriate therapeutic methods with various cases, as well as the importance of establishing a social treatment center in dealing with social problems inside and outside the university.
