Under the generous patronage of Prof. Louai Saad El-Din Nasrat, President of the University, and the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty, a student camp was organized in cooperation with the Community Organization Department and the fourth-year field training groups. The camp was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Aya Lotfy Abdel-Razek and Assistant Lecturer Mariam Abdel-Rahman Sadek of the Community Organization Department.

The camp aimed to develop the faculty library and enhance the quality of services provided to students, ensuring their comfort and facilitating easy access to resources. Camp activities included the reclassification and organization of academic books according to appropriate cataloging systems, as well as the installation of signage to identify the contents of each shelf.

Additionally, directional signs and library usage guidelines were designed to help preserve the library and its resources.
Informational signs explaining the library’s services and how to benefit from them were also prepared during the camp.
The Dean of the Faculty and several staff members commended the significance of the camp and praised the students’ efforts in preserving the library as a vital academic repository housing thousands of scholarly resources. His Excellency expressed his sincere appreciation to the development team for their outstanding contributions, which reflect their strong sense of belonging and dedication to the advancement of the faculty.

He also praised the efforts of the librarians, Ms. Zahraa and Ms. Aisha, for their administrative support, facilitation of the students’ work, and valuable cooperation in ensuring the camp’s success and the achievement of its objectives.
