Faculty of Social Work participates in (Aswan Green Flag) Initiative
In the light of the developmental social participation, Aswan University is represented by two faculties ”Social Work” and ”Agriculture and Natural Resources” participated in (Aswan Green Flag) Initiative in cooperation with (Om Habiba-affiliated with the International Aga Khan Organization for Development) on Sunday corresponding to 20/3/2022.
This initiative included the launching of the sports marathon as well as planting seedlings in the first areas which were suggested in Aswan city, otherwise, the planting processes have been frequented in the various areas at Aswan city, especially areas that witnessed development and replacement and renewal processes in order to achieve the target which is planting 12,000 trees in the city.
This is done under the auspiece of the Governorator/Ashraf Attia-Aswan Governorate, Prof. Muhammad Sayed Dandrawi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Work for Education and Student Affairs, and Mrs. Marwa Abdel-Wahab Radwan, Secretary of the Faculty of Social Work, in the presence of Dr. Rasha Abdel-Tawab Abdel-Fattah, a teacher in the Community Service Department, Faculty of Social Work, and Mr. Adel Anwar Abd Al-Dayem – Youth Welfare Specialist at the Faculty of Social Work.
