The Meeting of the Department of Social Work Fields Council – November 2025
The Department of Social Work Fields Council held its meeting for November 2025 under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdul-Moneim Al-Jilani, with Dr. Noura Mohammed serving as the Council Secretary.
The Council welcomed the esteemed attendees and extended its congratulations to Dr. Fatima Othman on joining the Council’s membership.
During the meeting, the Council reviewed the agenda items for the month. The key discussions included the approval of study extensions for several students, the presentation of the supervision report, and the review of new master’s registrations. The Council also appointed academic supervisors for master’s and doctoral students.
Based on a proposal by Dr. Nabil Abu Al-Hassan, the Council recommended organizing a seminar on the application of social work methods in research and studies. The seminar will be held for all students and members of the teaching assistants after obtaining approval from the Faculty Council.
