Procedures for Obtaining the Query Report on the Thesis Title’s Similarity
Please take note that the following steps must be followed in order to extract the report on the thesis title’s similarity:
The following email address should be used to send the document ”D librarysupport@aswu.edu.e”.
1. A letter authorized by the faculty and addressed to the head of the digital library division at the Information and Communications Network Center, asking about the similarity of the thesis title stated therein (the thesis title in Arabic and English, the researcher’s name, the college, the department, the national number, and the academic degree).
2- Evidence of paying the fees (a scan of the payment receipt), as the value of the inquiry is 50 pounds only for Egyptians, and 100 pounds only for non-Egyptians, by paying the fees at the University Information Center in Sahari after receiving the payment permit at the digital library unit in the new administrative building.
Noticeable:-
• Please be aware that after delivering the relevant documents through email, the report will be ready in 3 working days (Fridays, Saturdays, and recognized holidays are not included).
• After the department seminar and before the department council meetings, but no later than three days later, kindly make a request to inquire about the resemblance of the thesis title.
