Registering field training wishes for fourth year students
Under the auspices of Prof.Loay Saad El Din Nusrat – Vice President of the University and Supervisor of the Faculty, and Prof. Mohamed Sayed Abbas – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the registration link has been completed for fourth batch students who want to select the field training institutions for the academic year 2023/2024 has been completed. Students must adhere to the following instructions while selecting desires:
1-Until the system accepts them, only the group leader is totally responsible for registering the names of (8) eight pupils from his colleagues, including the group leader himself.
2-Only the group leader is fully responsible for the registration of his colleagues, and the selection of the field training institution on the system.
3-Only the group leader is fully responsible for communicating with the field training office.
4-Students’ names will not be modified after registration, so be very careful while registering names.
5-The field training institution will not be modified after being selected, so be very careful while choosing the field training institution.
6-It will not be accepted student’s registration individually.
7- A student who registers his name in two different universities will automatically have his name removed from both of them, and the field training office will distribute it; he will not be able to select which university he wants to attend.

9-Any student who has not joined a group for field training, will be distributed by the field training office, and will not have the right to choose any institution for field training.
10- No student has the right to register their name at the same field training facility where they received their training during their third year of enrollment.
11-If it is proven that a student has registered his name in the same field training institution in which he trained while he was enrolled in the third year, his name will be deleted from the institution automatically, and it will be distributed by the Field Training Office, and he will not have the right to choose any institution.
12-If it is established that a student registered his name in the same field training institution where he received his training while enrolled in the third year, his name will be automatically removed from the institution, distributed by the Field Training Office, and he will not have the option of selecting another institution.
13-There are no transfers or modifications to institutions or student names after registration.
