Student Camp-Social Service and Gender Sensitivity

Under the patronage of Dr. Nevin Al-Qabbaj-Minister of Social Solidarity, Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Osman-Aswan University President and Supervisor of the Faculty of Social Work, Prof.Saleh Ahmed Hashem, Adviser of the Ministry of Solidarity for Social Policies and General Supervisor of Social Solidarity Unitiesin the Egyptian Universities, Faculty of Social Work implemented the activities of student camp of the second batch at the headquarter of the university entitled ”Social Service and Gender Sensitivity”.
The student camp started with morning assembly and greeting flag at the playgrounds of the Faculty of Social Work, the camp included sever of activities such as:
-Sports activity at the playgrounds of the Faculty of Social Work.
-Workshops at the Faculty of Social Work Halls.
-Information Periodic contest at the quality unit at the Faculty of Social Work.
-The cultural salon
-The art exhibition
The activities of the student camp were ended with the conclusion celebration at the studying hall of the Faculty of Science at the medical administration building.
The faculty’s student camp had the honor of attending His Excellency Prof.Ayman Osman-Aswan University President and the Supervisor of the Faculty and academic staff of the faculty that were represented in :
– Prof. Mohamed Sayed Abbas – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
– Prof. Mohamed Jaber Abbas – Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs
– Prof. Mudathir Salim Ahmed – Professor of Psychology
– Prof. Hana Aref Ahmed – Professor and Head of Community Service Department
– Prof. Mohamed Abdel Razek Amin – Assistant Professor and Head of Community Organization Department
– Prof. Hamada Ragab Mosallam – Assistant Professor and Head of Social Planning Department
– Prof. Nabila Mohamed Lotfy – Assistant Professor and Head of Social Work Department
– Prof. Samir Muhammad Abdul Rahman – Assistant Professor of Individual Service
– Prof. Asmaa Sayed Hassan – Assistant Professor of Social Planning and Academic Supervisor of Field Training in the Second batch
-Dr. Ahmed Mamdouh Qassem – Community Organizing Lecturer
-Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Attia – Community Organizing Lecturer
-Dr. Haitham Sayed Abdel Halim – Community Organizing Lecturer
Dr. Rasha Abdel-Tawab Abdel-Fattah – Community Service Lecturer
Assisting body of academic staff that were represented, assistant lecturers and demonstrators, and supervisors of the Field Training at the faculty.
And attended as a representative of the Social Solidarity Unit :

– Mr. Khaled Saber Taha – Head of Awareness Activities at the Social Solidarity Unit at Aswan University
– Mr. Basma Abdullah Gharib – Protection and Empowerment Officer at the Social Solidarity Unit at Aswan University
