Faculty of social work participated in students’ camp to develop Mansourieh village that is part of Daraw Center the camp continued for three days and this in the frame of the initiative of president Abd -Al Fattah Al Sisi President of the Republic for the social participation of Egyptian universities in order to develop slums and under the patronage of Colonel/ Ahmed Ibrahim-Aswan governor. From his part Dr. Hamada Rajb –coordinator of Aswan University to develop Mansourieh village said the academic staff of faculty of social work and their assistants and organizers from faculties of( Agriculture- Art Education) participated in the camp in cooperation with Egyptian Agency for Comprehensive Development, the camp includes 150 signboards inside the village under the name of the initiative of president/Sisi to develop the slums afforestation 350 trees and installation of drinking water connections for numbers of houses and perform facility maintenance for government buildings in the village as plumbing, electricity and carpentry works
