The Steps For Obtaining The Examination Report’s Citation
Please take note that the following steps must be followed in order to retrieve the citation percentage examination report:
The following documents should be forwarded to D library@aswu.edu.eg:
1-An approved letter from the dean of the faculty to the head of the digital library unit at the Aswan University Information and Communication Network Center (the name of the researcher – the name of the committee to which he is applying – the number of research papers).
2-Proof of fee payment (a scan of the receipt), as the examination is worth 100 pounds per unit, or a maximum of 25,000 words, and the fee must be paid at the University Information Center in Sahari after receiving the payment authorization from the digital library unit in the new administrative building.
3- The approved (sealed) list of research submitted for promotion is displayed (research titles – date of acceptance – date of publication).
4- Submitting research articles in Word and PDF format, along with a list of all research papers submitted for promotion.
Noticeable:-
• Please be aware that after delivering the relevant documents through email, the report takes 7 working days (Fridays, Saturdays, and recognized holidays are not counted).
• Email the unit at D library@aswu.edu.eg for any more questions.
