Training workshop on reproductive health and early detection of disabilities
Under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat, President of Aswan University; Prof. Ashraf Imam, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Mohamed Gaber Abbas, Dean of the Faculty of Social Work.
Within the framework of supporting the presidential initiative “Developmental Medical Convoy,” the Faculty of Social Work—represented by the Community Service and Environmental Development Agency—at Aswan University, in cooperation with the African Arabian Institution for Research and Sustainable Development, participated in implementing a training workshop on reproductive health and early detection of disabilities. The workshop was held on Monday, 17/11/2025, at Al-Nasr Sports Club in the Al-Hakroub area.
The workshop was delivered by Prof. Abdellah Saber, Professor at the Faculty of Social Work and Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs, and covered key concepts, the importance of reproductive health, related challenges, and its role in the early detection of disabilities.
