Training Workshops to Modify Students’ Negative Behavior

Under the auspices of Prof. Louai Saad El-Din Nusrat – University President, Prof. Ashraf Emam Abdul-Radi-Vice University President for Community Service and Environmental Development. According to the instructions of Prof. Mohammed Gaber Abbas Mohammed-Dean of the Faculty of Social Work; Community Service and Environmental Development Agency in collaboration with the department of casework at the Faculty of Social Work, today, on Sunday corresponding to 2/11/2025 carried out the cultural seminars and training workshops to modify the negative behaviors of Al-Azhar Model Primary Institute students in Al-Jazira and participated in the program the following:

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Allah Saber Abdel-Hamid – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development

Prof. Dr. Samir Mohamed Abdel-Rahman – Professor and Head of the Casework Department at the Faculty

Dr. Asmaa Abdel-Rasoul – Assistant Lecturer in the Casework Department.

The institute’s director and social worker also attended the meeting. The institute’s students received awards and presents.

The training workshops focused on evaluating the positive and negative behaviors of second-grade students that they were interested in attending the workshop over the previous week.

These behaviors, including violence, hostility, and bullying, were discussed, and the importance of eliminating them was emphasized. The cultural seminar for sixth-grade students focused on the importance of positive behavior and the necessity to follow positive practices both inside and outside of the classroom and school.

At the end of the day, the institute’s administration congratulated the Faculty of Social Work family and requested further seminars and lectures, in response to Al-Azhar region administration’s request in Aswan.
