Under the patronage of Prof. Louai Saad El-Din Nasrat, President of Aswan University, and Prof. Ashraf Imam Abdel-Rady, Vice- President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and based on the directives of Prof. Mohamed Gaber Abbas Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Social Work,
the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, in cooperation with the Department of Casework the Faculty of Social Work, organized a training workshop on Sunday, October 26, 2025, entitled:
                                                                                            “Modifying Negative Behaviors among Students.”

The workshop was implemented at the Model Elementary Institute in Gezira, led by Dr. Abdullah Saber Abdel-Hamid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Suad Sultan, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Casework.
The session was also attended by the Institute Director and the Institute’s Social Specialist.

The four-hour workshop targeted second-grade students, focusing on helping them recognize and correct negative behaviors through engaging educational activities and guided discussions.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the Institute Administration expressed appreciation for the Faculty’s efforts and requested the continuation of similar seminars and awareness sessions to further address students’ behavioral challenges and promote positive values among them.
