– Having Egyptian nationality.

-Having good morals and a good reputation.

– Being a regular  newcomer in his  batch,  not suspended  for any reason.

– Paying the Union fees.

-Being active in committee he wants to be nominated in it.

-Haven’t be sentenced before to a restricted sentence of liberty or decide to drop or suspend his /her membership in a student union or its committees.
