One of the following sanctions will be imposed on the member of the union in the case of infraction of the organized rules for students’ union or applicable traditions or breach of union’s reputation or making damage to its interests or miss the condition of straight morals and good reputation after investigation and hearing the sayings which is :
– The member shall cease to exercise the activities of the Union or its committees.
– The membership of the Council of the Federation or its committees shall be waived.
-Drop membership of the union for one year.
The first sanction can be imposed by the dean of faculty ‘s decision, the second and third sanctions will be imposed according to the decision of the Disciplinary Board that is issued in Article Law No. 183 of Organizing Universities.
