To develop the artistic activity of the students and the work in accordance with its high purposes in providing the opportunity to highlight their talents and raise the level of their artistic production.

Work on developing social ties between students and faculty members and employees, and promote the spirit of cooperation and brotherhood among them and broadcast the spirit of the university in them by all appropriate means.

¶ Each committee is constituted annually by two students from a study group who are directly elected, with a secretary and assistant secretary elected at the college level.

The Dean of the College appoints a faculty advisor for each Union Council committee with relevant experience. The advisor works under the supervision of the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs to provide support, guidance, and advice to the committee.
