Specializations of Students ‘Union Council:

1-Design the policy of students ‘union in the light of the offered programs from committees.
2-Approval the work programs of union council committees and follow their implementation.
3-Distribute of finances approval on the committees and set the annual budget of the council and its committees.
4-Approval of the final accounts.
5-Coordination the work among students ‘union various committees.
6-Work on strengthening the relations with the other students’ union with faculties of the university.
7-Election of the secretariat and assistant secretariat for union’s council from its student members.

The Dean of the faculty will select the consultant of each committee from students’ union committees among academic staff who have experience in the field of committees activities which are:

-The Consultant of students’ union committees from academic staff.

-Secretary and assistant secretary of students’ committees from students.

**Students will elect the members of the council among them secretariat and assistant secretariat of council.

**Head of the technical authority of youth care in the faculty will attend the meetings of the council.

**Head of the technical authority of youth care will be the secretariat of the council’s fund.

**The councils of students ‘unions and their committees will be elected not later than the end of November of each year and the right of voting is just for the students who are enrolled in the voters’ table and have an identity.

**For the rightness of the elections of students’ unions’ committees, the rate of the attendance of students who have the right of the vote has to be 50% at least. If the number doesn’t complete, the elections will be late to another date through 3days maximum and in this issue for the rightness of the elections the rate of the attendance has to be 20% at least from voters. If the number doesn’t complete again all batch’s students will be excluded from representation.

**If the formation of the council of students’ union of the faculty or the institute is handicapped because of the previous reason, in this case, the dean of the faculty have to appoint a council for the management of students’ affairs includes the excellent students in the studying and in the activity of students who have the conditions of nomination.
